The effect of NaOH concentration values was observed on the cellulose structure Cladophora. Cladophora is synthesized from sp., a green alga that lives in aquatic environments (seawater and freshwater) soil surfaces (rocks wetlands). Cellulose synthesis carried out through processes bleaching, alkali hydrolysis, acid hydrolysis. Bleaching uses NaClO 2 , alkaline hydrolysis with varying concentrations (0.4; 0.5; 0.6; 0.7; 0.8 M), while 5% HCl. physical properties were analyzed using Fourier Transformation Infra-Red (FTIR) to determine functional groups, X-Ray Diffraction (XRD) crystal structure, scanning electron microscopy (SEM) morphology structure. FTIR pattern analysis showed peaks OH group stretching at 3331, 3347, 3360 cm -1 CH around 2929 C = O 1640-1650 flexural 1420-1430 all samples. XRD confirmed recovery highly crystalline sample c (NaOH 0.5 M) crystallinity index 94.0 % particle size 31.54 nm. SEM image surface rod-shaped raw material an average diameter 21.30 µm. At same time, refers formation web-like nanofibril network 30.63 These results indicate has successfully removed lignin, hemicellulose, amorphous formed by nano-sized .
